Function: sanitary filter housing are normally used as polishing filter in almost all process industries.Sanitary filter housingis constructed of filter housing, filter cartridges, tube sheet, positive sealing arrangement for cartridge depending upon type of cartridge& choice of end connections. Positive sealing arrangement for cartridge filter assures no particle migration or fiber migration, even after high differential pressures.
Sanitary filter cylinder is all made of high quality 304 or 316L stainless steel, and the materials for each filter are
rigorously selected and each filter is carefully produced, this ensures non-crack streamlined design, so that each
has a good surface and maximum corrosion resistance in order to achieve the quality standard of preventing
bacterial
contamination. The unique structure of the sanitary filter sleeve makes no dead corner formed at the inner and
outer
surfaces of each sleeve, and it can be completely removable and washable, easy to operate.
Inner surface: mirror polishing or electrolytic polishing.
Outer surface: matt, mirror polishing or electrolytic polishing.
Seal ring: food-grade silicone rubber seal ring, with quality assurance.
Locking type: clamp, sanitary casing or bolts can be fast assembled and disassembled.
Detection method: each filter has gone through a hydrostatic pressure test under the pressure up to 1.25 times
the
design pressure.
