Biological Stainless Fermentation Tank For Biological Surface Finish

Biological Fermentation Tank strictly follow the Article 31, 32 of GMP general rules “Good Manufacturing Practice” (Revised in 2010),and according to the "pressure vessels" (GB150-2011), "steel welded normal pressure vessel (with standard definition)" (NB/T 47003.1-2009) requirements for the design, manufacture and acceptance.
Biological Fermentation Tank use vertical circular tank body,the top is standard elliptic or torispherical head, and the bottom is the standard elliptic, torispherical or conical head, inner wall of tank body transition section adopts circular arc transition, no dead corner, easy to clean; Jacketed type (tank body and bottom head is equipped with the jacket and insulation layer), and the top with mechanical mixing .

• There are 600L~20000L varietys of specifications, it can be designed, customized according to the customers' requirements.
• Jacket can put into steam (or hot water), jacket is divided into coil jacket,full jacket, dimple jacket; Jacketed outside covered with insulation layer, insulation material is rock wool (keep warm) or PU (keep cold).
• Connector use fast installation chuck (clamp), inner tank use SS304 or SS316L, the inner surface mirror polishing Ra≤0.28μm～0.6μm, outer surface can be polishing, wiredrawing ,sandblasting according to customer's requirement.
